Rights
I hold any and all the rights to the commissioned work.Clients cannot remove my signature or watermark in any way.I have the right to decline any commission for any reason and without detailed explanation.Clients are not allowed to recolour, trace/copy, edit, recreate, or heavily reference the commissioned work, or claim it as their own.Clients are not allowed to use the commissioned work for AI training or NFT of any kind.Clients must have permission to repost the commissioned work on any platform and proper credit must be given.Clients are not allowed to sell their commissioned work for profit of any form.Client is allowed to print the commissioned work for PERSONAL USE ONLY (ex. one print).Clients must disclose if they DO NOT want their commissioned work posted publicly.
Payment
All prices are in CAD and are non negotiable.Full payment must be provided through PayPal within 72 hours. If the payment is not sent within 72 hours, the commission will be cancelled.Refunds will only be given if work on the commission has not surpassed the sketch stage, or if there is a problem on my end that will cause the commissioned work to not be completed.A sketch will be sent for approval before work will continue. WIPs will be given if I have a question about an element of the piece.
